West Bloomfield Rotary showed up in full color to support Park-To-Treat-To-Go, hosted by West Bloomfield Parks on Sunday, October 25. A parade of costumed adults, including our President Renee Floer, distributed candy to hundreds of trick-or-treaters who stood beside their car, waiting excitedly for sweet treats to be dropped into their Halloween bags.
